Foto Owl AI gives you full control over how guests access your event gallery through four distinct sharing options — Guest Access, Full Access, Photo Selection with Full Access, and VIP Guest Access. Each access type is designed for a specific use case, from showing guests only their own photos to enabling VIP facial recognition entry with just a selfie. You can share access via a direct link or a downloadable QR code, with optional PIN protection and guest registration settings. Choose the right access type based on your client's needs and share instantly from your event dashboard.
Steps
Open Your Dashboard
Log in to your Foto Owl AI account and open your dashboard to access your event management panel.
Navigate to My Events
Click on My Events from the dashboard to view all events you have created.
Select the Event to Share
Click on the event you want to share with your clients or guests to open the event page.
Click on Share Event
Once inside the event, locate and click the Share Event button. You can find this option both on the event overview and inside the event page.
Choose an Access Type
You will see four access options. Select the one that best fits your sharing needs:
- Guest Access — Guests see only their own photos, identified automatically.
- Full Access — Guests can view all uploaded photos from the entire event gallery.
- Photo Selection with Full Access — Guests view all photos and can heart-select favorites for album creation.
- VIP Guest Access — VIP guests upload a selfie and the system automatically shows only their photos.
Configure Access Settings
Depending on the access type selected, configure the available settings:
- Toggle Do Not Ask PIN to remove the default 4-digit PIN requirement for easier guest entry.
- Toggle Require Registration (available in Full Access) to collect guest details before they view photos.
Share via Link or QR Code
Copy the generated link and send it directly to your guests, or click View QR to generate a QR code. Download the QR code to print or share digitally at your event.
