Foto Owl AI makes uploading event photos and videos fast and flexible, supporting multiple sources including your device, Google Drive, cloud storage, and YouTube. Once inside your event, simply choose your upload type — images, videos, or entire folders — and select your preferred quality settings before confirming. Images can be uploaded in original quality or compressed to optimize storage and delivery speed. All uploaded media is stored securely within your event and ready to organize into collections for a seamless guest gallery experience.
Steps
Open Your Event
Go to your dashboard and click on My Events. Select and open the event where you want to upload content.
Click Upload Photos
Inside the event, locate and click the Upload Photos option. You will see a list of upload sources: Images, Videos, Folders, YouTube, Cloud, and Google Drive.
Select Your Upload Type
Choose the type of content you want to upload. For this guide, we'll cover Images and Videos.
Upload Images
Click on Images and select the files from your device. Before the upload begins, you'll be prompted to either compress the image or upload it in original quality — choose based on your preference.
Upload Videos
Click on Videos, select the video file from your device, and upload it. No additional options are required for video uploads.
