Wedding photo gallery
Put a QR on table cards or the welcome sign so guests open the photo gallery without typing a long link.
Turn any link into a QR code in seconds. Pick your colors or a printable template and download a print-ready PNG or SVG. The code is yours and never expires.
Website, gallery, Google Drive folder, Instagram profile or any other link.
Your QR code appears here as you type
Static code. Never expires. Your link stays in your browser.
How it works
Copy the address of your website, gallery, form or folder and paste it in the box. You don't need to type https://.
Keep it black on white for the most reliable scan, or match your brand with a dark code color on a light background.
Save a PNG for screens and social posts or an SVG for print. Scan it with your phone camera before you send it to the printer.
Ideas
Photographers, studios and event teams use QR codes wherever a long link would be typed by hand.
Put a QR on table cards or the welcome sign so guests open the photo gallery without typing a long link.
Print one code on stage screens, entry banners and photo booth frames so attendees reach the event page in one scan.
Link your portfolio, Instagram or booking page from a business card, flyer or expo booth.
Share a folder of photos or files. Set sharing to "Anyone with the link" first, or people will hit a sign-in wall.
Point clients to your Google review page or a feedback form on the delivery card or invoice.
Any page with a public link works: menus, RSVP forms, registration pages and payment links.
Printable templates

Static QR codes
This tool makes static QR codes. Your link is written into the pattern itself, so a phone reads it directly. There is no redirect server in between that could go offline, show ads or start charging a monthly fee.
The trade-off: you can't edit the link or count scans after printing. If you need that, point the code at a page you control and update the page instead.
| Feature | Static (this tool) | Dynamic |
|---|---|---|
| Expires | Never | Often, when a trial or plan ends |
| Sign-up | Not needed | Usually |
| Edit link later | No | Yes |
| Scan tracking | No | Yes |
| Route to your link | Direct | Through a redirect |
Print tips
Most QR codes that fail are printed too small, too light or too close to other artwork.
That is about 0.8 inches, the smallest size most phones read reliably on a card. For posters, a common rule is 1 cm of code for every 10 cm of scanning distance.
Phone cameras look for dark modules on a light field. Inverted or low-contrast codes fail on some phones.
The empty border around the code tells the scanner where it starts. Don't let text or artwork touch the code.
SVG is a vector file, so it stays sharp at any size. Printers and designers prefer it over PNG.
Long links make a denser code that needs a bigger print. Remove tracking parameters you don't need.
Scan the final file with two different phones. Check that the link opens without asking people to sign in.
For event photographers
Put your FotoOwl gallery QR on the welcome sign. Guests scan, take a selfie and AI face search shows only the photos they are in. No app and no scrolling through a thousand pictures.
