Slip one into albums, print orders or the final invoice with your Google review link. Asking at delivery, when the client is happiest, gets the most reviews.

Google review QR code

A review card in the album box or with the final invoice asks for a review when the client is happiest. The QR code opens your Google review form, so the client doesn't have to search for your studio.

  1. 1Open your Google Business Profile in Google Search or Maps and choose Ask for reviews (also shown as Get more reviews).
  2. 2Copy the review link Google gives you and paste it into the generator above.
  3. 3Pick the Review card design, add your studio name and download the 4 × 6 in PNG or the SVG.

Wedding QR code

Guests want the wedding photos, and the couple wants them in one place instead of a dozen group chats. A QR code on every table sends guests straight to the gallery or shared album.

  1. 1Paste the gallery or shared album link from the photographer or the couple.
  2. 2Pick the Wedding table card for tables (5 × 7 in) or the Event photo poster for the entrance.
  3. 3Add the couple's names and the date, then download and print on card stock.

How it works

How to make a printable QR code sign

  1. 1

Paste your link and pick a design

Your QR code drops into the template as you type. Switch designs at any time and your text is kept.

  2. 2

    Edit the text and colors

Change the headline, names, date or contact lines. Long text shrinks to fit, and empty lines disappear.

  3. 3

    Download and print

The PNG is sized for 300 DPI printing. Use the SVG for print shops and large signs. Print at 100% (actual size), not 'fit to page'.

FAQ

QR code templates FAQ

How do I make a Google review QR code?

Open your Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews (or Get more reviews) and copy the review link. Paste it into the generator on this page, pick the Review card design and download it. When clients scan it, Google's review form opens for your business.

Are these QR code templates free?

Yes. Every template is free to use, with no sign-up and no watermark, for personal or business printing.

What size do the templates print at?

The PNG files are sized for 300 DPI: the table card prints at 5 × 7 in, the review card at 4 × 6 in, the business card at 3.5 × 2 in and the scan me frame at 4 × 4.8 in. The poster is 3:4; use the SVG to print it at any size.

Can I print them at home?

Yes. Open the PNG, choose 'Actual size' or 100% in the print dialog and use card stock for table cards. For business cards and large signs, a print shop will give cleaner edges; send them the SVG.

Can I change the fonts or move things around?

You can change the text and pick from each template's color themes. To change fonts or the layout, download the SVG and open it in Canva, Figma, Illustrator or Inkscape. Keep the QR code and its white border intact.

Will the QR code on the template expire?

No. The templates use the same static QR code as our generator, with your link stored in the pattern. It keeps working as long as the link does.

Which link should I use on a wedding table card?

Use the link to the album where guests can see or add photos, such as your photographer's gallery or a shared album. With a FotoOwl gallery, guests can take a selfie and see only the photos they are in.
