From your dashboard, navigate to My Events, locate the unpublished event, and change its status from Unpublished to Published in a single click. Once published, guests can access the event gallery and begin viewing shared photos and videos. Always ensure your collections are reviewed and ready before publishing, as the event becomes live instantly.

Steps

Open Your Dashboard

Log in to your Foto Owl AI account and open your dashboard to access your event management panel.

Navigate to My Events

Click on My Events from the dashboard menu to view a list of all your created events.

Select the Unpublished Event

Locate the event you want to publish. Unpublished events are marked with a yellow dot and an Unpublished status label, making them easy to identify.

Tip
Use the yellow dot indicator to quickly scan and identify all events that are still pending publication.

Click on the Event Status

Click directly on the Unpublished status label of the event. A dropdown menu will appear with available status options.

Select Publish

From the dropdown, select Publish. Your event status will update immediately and the event will become live and accessible to all guests.

Warning
Publishing is immediate — ensure all collections are reviewed and all media is finalized before selecting Publish, as guests will gain access instantly.
