To get started, open your event from the dashboard, create a named collection, and upload your media. Once reviewed, publish the collection to make it instantly visible to all guests with event access. Collections are the fastest way to deliver a professional, organized photo-sharing experience for every part of your event.

Steps

Open Your Event

Go to your dashboard and navigate to My Events. Select the event where you want to create a collection and open it.

Click Add Collection

Inside the event, locate the Add Collection option and click on it. This opens the collection creation prompt.

Enter a Collection Name

Type a name for your collection, for example, Mehndi or Haldi to represent a specific function or segment of your event.

Tip
Use clear, function-based names so guests can quickly find the right moments.

Click Create

Hit Create to save the collection. It will now appear in your collection list alongside any existing collections.

Open the Collection and Upload Content

Open the newly created collection. From here, you can upload images, videos, or entire folders related to that function.

Publish the Collection

Once your content is uploaded, change the collection status to Published. Your guests will now be able to view all photos and videos in that collection.

Warning
Only publish after reviewing uploads, because all guests with access to the event can view published collection content.
