FAQ
Canon troubleshooting
My Canon doesn't show Transfer images to FTP server.
Your model may not support FTP, or it needs a firmware update. Check Canon's manual for your body. Without FTP, use Canon Content Transfer Professional on your phone or a laptop FTP app.
The connection fails at the server step.
Check the address is inftp.fotoowl.ai, the mode is SFTP and the port is 08022. Then re-enter the username and password from the dashboard.
